HUANG STORMS INTO THREE-SHOT LEAD AT 2026 PIF LONDON CHAMPIONSHIP

Canada’s Anna Huang fired the round of the day with a bogey-free 65 (-8) to lead the 2026 PIF London Championship with a score of 19-under-par.

The three-time Ladies European Tour (LET) winner has led from the first round and began with a birdie at the first before adding another birdie on the fourth hole. Huang made back-to-back birdies on the eighth and ninth holes before doing the same on the 14th and 15th holes.

The teenager, who won her third LET title in May, then made an eagle for the third day in a row on the 18th hole to lead by three strokes with one round remaining. If Huang were to win, she would be the youngest player to win four LET titles.

“I actually didn’t realise how low I went until I signed my scorecard today, which was pretty cool,” said Huang. “

“18 has been good, I think I’m six-under in three days. It’s just really fun. I really like this course. You can be really aggressive on some holes and then on other holes you have to be more conservative, but it’s just a really nice course to play.”

Ireland’s Aine Donegan is in outright third place on 11-under-par after another round of 69 (-4).

The LET rookie began with a birdie at the first before another at the sixth, she then made back-to-back bogeys on seven and eight.

After a birdie on 10 and bogey on 11, Donegan finished with great momentum rolling in four birdies on the trot.

“It’s very rare you have a round of golf that doesn’t have a squeaky point in the middle. I knew I would probably get through that and then Harry [Ewing] kept me sane out there as well.”

“We had really good communication again today and he said to me on 14, I want three birdies coming in now and then I birdied 15, 16 and 17. Walking to 18, I said when you asked for three, I wanted four. It was a nice way to finish, and I probably deserved a little bit of that.”
