WINTER TEE TIMES OFFER for SCOTTISH GOLFERS GOES LIVE
Golfers can play iconic courses with money raised from green fees ring-fenced to boost junior golf
Scottish Golf is offering members of affiliated clubs the opportunity to play bucket list courses at preferential rates over the 2026-27 winter season with all proceeds going to support junior golf.
Courses available in this year’s Winter Tee Times offer include iconic links, Open Championship and Scottish Open venues and world-class destinations.
The 2026/27 Winter Tee Times courses are:
Cruden Bay, Dumbarnie, Gullane, Muirfield, Nairn, North Berwick, Prestwick, Renaissance, Royal Dornoch, Royal Troon and, new for this year, SCHLOSS Roxburghe.
Thanks to the generosity of our host courses, proceeds from all tee times will go towards the development of junior golf in Scotland.
Last year a record £56,000 was raised to support junior programmes and initiatives.
The ballot for 2026/27 Winter Tee Times is now live and sure to prove popular.
In 2025, 8,220 applications were received underlining the enduring appeal of this initiative.
Robbie Clyde, CEO of Scottish Golf, said: “It’s fantastic to be able to extend this offer for another winter season and I’m sure it will prove to be as popular as ever.
“We’re so lucky to have some of the world’s greatest courses on our doorstep – and many of these iconic venues are once again participating in the Scottish Golf Winter Tee Times ballot.
“Importantly, this initiative not only offers access to bucket list courses for Scottish Golf members at preferential rates but also feeds into the growth of the game at club level.
“All money received from this offer is ring-fenced to re-invest in junior golf.
“Junior participation and club membership contributes to the overall strength of the game at grassroots level and is a key element of our long-term strategy to promote the game.
“I’d personally like to thank all the clubs who support our vision by donating tee times.
“I’d also like to wish our army of golfers the best of luck in the ballot which I’ve no doubt will spark a lot of interest.”
Golfers can enter the ballot to enjoy a memorable golfing experience by using their Scottish Golf ID and logging in to their profile on the Scottish Golf website (www.scottishgolf.org).
The closing date for the ballot is Sunday 25 October 2026.
